the lilliput will still draw more than .2 amps when it is on but not receiving a signal, ii would advise switching it off for extended periods of time

I got my custom lilliput installed yesterday. Rather than dealing with the auto on issue i was wondering if there's anything wrong with leaving the monitor in power save mode. I have a brand new yellow top so i'm not really worried about power drain. I just wonder if this will put added stress on the monitor.

Yea i really dont wanna crack open the custom enclosure and rip the unit back out of my dash just to do this. I left it on overnight (14 hours) and it worked fine.. my car doesnt normally get breaks that long.
