    xenarc problems left and right

i have a xenarc 700TSV touchscreen that i had armen install into a manual indash about 7 months ago. Now i finally got a chance to install it but ive run into a few problems.

    problem 1

Aftter the computer boots, most of the time, the mouse pointer goes crazy right clicking everywhere randomly on the screen.

    problem 2

There is a yellowish tint to the screen, but when i grab the screen with both hands (one on the right side, and one on the left side) and press the middle of the back casing, the regular bright colors come back. Then when i let go again, the yellowish tint reamerges.

any ideas to whats causing this?

Did you crack the case open at any point during the install?

If its going to be field serviceable by you, hope for a loose connection on the boards, especially if you have taken the covers off of it at any point.

If the cover has never been off of it, or your sure its not any connectors inside the unit, its time to call Xenarc and ask about warranty/service.

i have no idea, i had armen from digitallwww install it so i dont know what he did.

Does anyone know how to remove the casing around the screen? I looked on digitallwww website, and they show the pieces apart but not how to take them apart

All i see is two screws on the bottom of the back of the screen, are those the only two screws holding the frame around the screen?
