I used artic 5 between the led's & heat spreader & the water plates.... each one took a whole vial..... as far as the led's themselves I used arctic 5 also, but all 20 led's only took about half a vial...

mmmm pillar drill. I want one. I might get a mini one in my kitchen as it can double up as a food mixer.

it works!!!!! these suckers are pretty bright.... the batwing design makes them brightest at an angle... aproximately the same angle as I view the screen in the car..... they're really bright head on & then get a little brighter at an angle... we'll see how they work when I get the screen in front of it, but it looks awsome....

they project no heat at all.... at first I was ****ed because they seemed to not even get hot..... I had them on for like 10 minutes & the plate barly got warm.... I started to think I may have wasted my time with the water cooling provision.... but after 15 minutes or so they start to really heat up the plate.... 20 minutes & you can't even pick it up....

I now know that the water heat extraction will defanately be adiquate... truth is with a fan behind a copper plate with fins may be enough for these..... but I'm glad the water system will pull all heat out of the cabin.... liquid cooling doesn't seem absolutely necissary though....
