I just buy a lcd tview monitor and when i hook it up to the pc the picture is shaking.
does any one know why is that ?

yes i connected it to the power but it still has a lines runing when i turn on the pc

Does your screen have a RCA input? If yes turn your PC OFF, turn your monitor ON, plug in an RCA source, like a DigiCam TV-Out or something...if the picture is not "shaky", meaning interfearance, then its your PC. Try to isolate and ground properly. If its still "shaky" then its probably the power connection of your monitor. Again look at the gound and power cables neerby. If everything else fails, try it at home with your home PC. If its still "shaky"...well steel another one, your are the mafia for gods sake!
or turn your refresh rate up, you might have it at 60hz you need to move it up to 70 to 75hz
and make sure you do a auto adjust

1. MAke sure everything that is (-) Gound is securely, tightly attached to the metal of the car (the metal of the car should be scratched till is shines!)
That should do some good.
2. If problem persists Then check (+) positive wire should come straight from the battery and should be more than 10G.
