poor college student...

alright guys.. im a poor sad college student who is getting his baby back from a 9 month break inwhich its stereo and speakers were donated to a better cause while not being used (brother = Speakers, Father = Mp3/CD player)

ive done the pre planning, and wiring and space ideas and am pretty much just in need of a touchscreen...

im in need of a LCD-Touchscreen solution at about sub 100 bucks.. yep im crazy but worth a shot.. i can solder and create like non other (pre-dental so i love soldering.. helps my dexterity) and am open to any ideas.. want to keep it to below 10 inchs..

but im going to get this done even if i have remote access my PC onto my dam PDA...

I think that you best chance to find a touchscreen for $100 buck will be Ebay or some of the menbers of this forum.......

I just bought a Tview (I hope) off ebay for $214 shipped. It obviously hasn't arrived yet, but so far, that's the lowest touchscreen i've seen BIN on ebay. I could be hosed..but..it's a start.

100 bucks? thats not impossible, but you have hustle man, i mean possibly get down on ur knees in addition to the 100bucks, do whatever it takes!

its very possible..before i bought my 8 inch lilli fro 325 from digitalww. i was bidding on a 10.4 touchscreen on ebay and it went for 125. it was working and everything. the guy had 3 of them. i got outbid in the last second.
