OMG! please help! Insight board to Headrests

ok i have a p4 insight via board. i tried the rca output and did the jumpers and bios and nothing showed up. i bought a svid to rca converter and tried through svideo and still no signal. i tried an vga to rca scan converter and still nothing...i know my monitors work. ok now another problem i cant get into my bios anymore. i pres DEL to enter and i know it enters it but it doesnt show up on my VGA screen in my dash. how can i get back into bios so i can switch my settings ...its just blank. when it boots it doesnt even show the VIA logo anymore. its just blank until windows starts up. ive searched and im tired lol. someone please help me out here. and if i cant get the damn things to work they are going up on ebay!

sounds like it could be a dead mobo

try resetting BIOS' CMOS memory

what about beeps??? it beep when botting up??

lol ****in ay! i got it to work the damn rca cable was bad. i reset the cmos and everything worked perfectly. but you know how they say once you fix one thing another goes bad. no wonder why the carpc is always a work in progress..my lappy hdd just crashed! ****!
