In-Dash LCD, Enough power for EPIA Auto-Detect?

As the topic states, does an IN-Dash LCD have enough power to utilize the EPIA's auto detect display feature? (IE- When a VGA monitor is plugged in, it goes to VGA, S-Video is in, it goes to S-video, etc) Reason im asking is because i had a cheap RCA monitor that was <9W and the EPIA wouldnt boot to RCA first for the life of me, and i need this IN-Dash RCA screen to boot to RCA without any problems.

    ANyone know?
