look in the hardware manager (system/hardware or devices)
see if the USB touch controller is in there, I had an issue where for some reason I had to install them more manually,..
I downloaded the drivers for my xenarc 700tsv
I run the program and when it starts up it has a check box for PS2 interface drivers, but the touchscreen hooks up through usb... anyways ive installed it all rebooted yada yada yada and nothing works.
Im using the nlite safe seetings from the optimaztion forum.
