Thread: cant see my lilliput in daylight :(

the egg makes it to 2 amps before it starts to complain, my PSU can handle well above that. But my egg only puts out 12.5 volts. The only way I was able to get the backlight to be brighter on my lilliput was to bypass the regulator circuit for the inverter and power it directly. Which the backlight became awesome in brightness, but the inverter blew within a few hours. Not to mention it went up to a 1.8amp total draw for the screen

honestly the only thing i've found by removing the touch panel, is you remove some of the glare, it really doesnt make it that much brighter

thats strange my screen is much clearer once the touch pannel is removed

well the clarity improves, but not the brightness from what I can tell
