techy101: I had the exact same issue with the touchscreen. It degraded over the course of a week to be completely unusable. Sent it back and they are exchanging it for me. We'll see how the new one is.

I am also having the same problems with the DWW-700M as you guys,
Cant get the TS to work correctly, it worked out of the box for one week and after that it did not work anymore,
I tried everything: callibration, reinstalling windows 5 times with different SP versions, tried the eGalax drivers, tried installing the screen on 3 different PC's, replaced all the USB wire and still i cant get the TS to work

I send a mail to Armen but that was 2 days ago, i still didnt get a reply (i hope i will get a reply tonight)

If there are so much probelms with these screens why doesnt DWW do a recall on all devices???

From what I've heard, the problems are only on about 5% of the screens. So it's not a global problem with all of them. You may consider taking a look at the DWW-750J. Thus far it's been working pretty well for me. I did a review of it Here

Yea ive readed the review about the DWW-750J, the problem is that it was only a week or 2 ago that i payed $500 for the DWW-700M, iam not gonna spend another $550 dollars on a new screen...

Also on the DigitalWW website the DWW-750J still isnt avalible for ordering

Talk to DWW. Like any other company, they will do a return on defective merchanidse.
