i hope the 2005's dont have that problem thats the same one im using right now...
I bought one of the new 2005 model Lilliput's hopeing it would not have any of the older lilliput problems, and because It fitted perfectly behind my dash.
I moulded the front to the dash, as most people do, and screwed it back alltogether. It all worked perfectly for a couple weeks, but then I started to get problems with the touchscreen bit. The Panel itself slowly stopped working, it would work sometimes, and then when it did work it was inaccurate, and constantly needed to be re calibrated.
Then finally it stopped responding.
I have pulled apart the screen again, and played with connections from the controller to the Panel, and I cannot seem to get any responce in any of the lilliput tests. I have also tested it on multiple machines and multiple power sources.
Yet I still cannot get a responce. I assume that because windows picks up the touch screen, and so does the software, that the touchscreen controller is working fine, but the problem is within the panel itself. Does anyone know of any tests I can do to confirm this ? I have noticed that Digital WW sell replacemements, however I am a little worried Ill Spend $45 us + shipping to australia, and find that the panel was not the problem.

I'm running it to same problem with my screen atm.. i have a 619 its still working but i have to keep calibrating it i would also like to know how to fix it.
Does anyone know where i can get a replacement touch panel ? I really want to get my carputer going again, and I am getting no reply from digitalww
I'm having the same exact problem. I was thinking (hoping) it was a connection issue, but I'm starting to think it may be the panel. One thing I did notice was that there are some weird bubbles on the very edge of the screen that were'nt there before...not sure if it's related in anyway...but I'm not so sure I want to run out and buy a new panel to have it break again...any ideas?
