what is Multi-Monitor Touch Screen Support?

ok i kinda understand what that means, i just cant think of how it would work, since it seems all the monitors have a usb coming out of it,, couldnt you just plug however many you got in a usb hub and they all control the mouse?

    Yes.

The idea is if you have an 'extended desktop' and not just the same image on every monitor. You can assign each screen to a certain 'section' of the desktop.

It is very possible to do that, but you do still need the multi-display support. The reason is because if you didn't designate certain screens for certain parts of the big picture (windows will see just one big screen and doesn't care about the fact that you see two or more) then you would wind up with a bunch of useless touchscreens. Touching the upperleft corner of one screen would have the same effect as touching the upperleft corner of any other monitor, and your cursor wouldn't land exactly where you pointed in either case. (blah blah blah... you get the picture, no?)

One, that's not an actual sentence.

Two, extended desktops are very useful, especially if need a lot of screen space.

If you just want to have four displays (which you either need a distribution unit for, or at least two video cards, or crappy VGA splitters), then just plug in the USB plugs for the touchscreens into a USB hub and they'll all do the same thing.
