Thread: Anyone used this screen(ebay)

Never used that one, but it looks pretty good. Maybe a bit pointlessly gimmicky and no touch screen. But as an 8" tft it seems ok on the face of it...

verry cheap mate and there is no touch screen so how are you going to control it if you do get it. also it doesnt say how bright it is ?

You can always buy a touchscreen overlay from digitalwww or you could get a track ball(think that's the name). I like the fact that it has a built in tv tuner and I think it has audio input.

Audio input is pointless really and the built in tv tuner will be crap...

Why would audio input be pointless. If it has audio input and output then you could run audio from the pc to the screen and from the screen to the amps and still use the screen remote to control volume. As far as the TV tuner, I'm sure it won't be the best, but the price shipped is only ~150 for the monitor.

Obviously I'm not satisfied with the response, it's like hey lady did you even read my questions. I'm still considering trying the screen out.

Most ebay sellers who dont type with any capital letters in their responses are typing too fast to really care what you ask. Sucks that ebays contact member option doesnt even let you put RETURNS in the text. So even if you do this

It doesnt show up on another line, so all she got was a block of text she probably skimmed over. For all eBay is, they need a friggen simple HTML text input (like the ones on the quick reply for this forums)
