    Motorized screen and TV tuner

I've got one of the new motorized screens with a TV-tuner. Problem is that when I press the search button on the remote, nothing happens. I already have a new remote, so it can't be that.

Am I supposed to see anything like a busy icon or something while it searches? When I press auto it just runs through all the channels, but it doesn't search for new channels(and since there are no channels in it standard, I don't have any).

    Do you have an antenna.

You may not notice anything unless there is a signal for the tuner to notice. WIth out an antenna, and no actualy signal on a channel, it will probably just run through all the channels with out anything happening.

No antenna yet, only a coax cable running to the back. But I think the unit should at least try to do something when pressing search. It can't notice that an antenna is connected to the cable so....

What does your unit do when you press search wiredwrx? And the others who have this unit.

Nope, nothing happens when I hit the search. I also have no antenna.
