Anyone found motorized in-dash VGA lcd screen

Ok, I've been following this board and researching on my own for several months. Has anyone found a motorized in-dash lcd screen thats VGA quality (at least 640x480)?

If you find one please let me know. I've been searching high and low and no such beast exists. You'll have to roll your own. Maybe we could team up and bring it to market. We both know the demand will be there...

my original thought was to try and order some of the in-dash units by parts and get everything minus the screen, then retro fit my own vga screen. anyway i tried calling pioneer but it never worked out.

Try to find a broken one on E-bay...
You can use parts of that one.
Maybe you can spread wanted: 'broken headunit' advertizes...

methinks digitalww sells one; I know they sell an in-dash vga touchscreen, but I'm not sure if its motorized or not...

Digitalww Sell an housing for the Lilliput it will allow you to house the screen only and will pull out of the single DIN case, its NOT motorized

but there has been much talk of a motorized unit unfortunatly such threads have been removed as they conflict with the forums posting rules, so for now the status is no such lcd exists! however Digitalww have had such a screen listed on there site but it has never ever been in stock as yet the url is http://www.digitalww.com/VGA_GA700YY_indash.htm

out of the two the vicci labs appaered to be the better one it was more designed by the users of this forum with all there comments and suggestions
as too whether it will be built or not no body knows
