Any one know how to fix it?

I have this problem too. Everytime I turn up my system, my xenarc starts to flutter with lines. It is in my dash with the power wires for it and the speaker wiries.
Nope I have several thin lines and one big one. Its on the test bench with a HUGE supply and only a cam for video.
On restart the same lines show each time
