That looks like a sweet deal. $260 for an 8" bright touchscreen is a good deal. most 7" touchscreens are $300. When I have enough I'm gonna get me one of these. :-)
I don't know anything about the brand - they may be super-cheap. Who knows?
Hi Guys - pretty new to car pc stuff,
Found this montior which looks pretty cool

Well here's the manufacturer's site

Old setupEpia M10k, Cubid 2699R case, 512MB, 40GB 3.5" driveNew setup
Optiplex 260SX (2.8GHz P4, 512MB, 30GB, DVD)
Xenarc 700IDT, USB hub, 802.11g, bluetooth, P2140, P5V
Nits is a measure of brightness:
"Candela per meter square - used as a measurement of screen brightness for displays."
400 is good. Putting a touchscreen on it reduces it by about 150 nits. You need good brightnesss in order to see the screen in the daylight/sunlight.
