Just an update. I previously asked for them to send me a new cable, as I think the VGA cable I have right now is defective.
They now tell me they do not have the cable on hand. Not only that, they are shipping it by some mail service, that will take 8-17 days. I do not understand. The burden should lie upon them to TEST THE SCREENS BEFORE SHIPPING. This includes
testing the cable. Why should I be penalized for their mistake? I think it is only reasonable for them to ship it the same way they shipped the screen, fedex 2 day express.
I am getting really fed up with this crap. I think I will file an ebay/paypal complaint tomorrow if I do not get a satisfactory reply.
