Have you tried Ex-Audio’s Tec Support?
Okay - I installed mine today and the screen is working and the radio is working. However, here are my problems:
- no sound for PC, AV1, AV2
- USB Touchscreen is not working.
I have installed the touchscreen software and it detected the USB touchscreen. When I tried it it's not working though.
Any thoughts on what it might be?

Stephen Sin agreed to refund me the shipping costs to get it back there. Whether I will actually see those funds is another story. I'm sending mine back tomorrow.
He offered me too to refund directly shipping cost on lmy Paypal account, but as I didn' t had any duties taxes on first shipping, I wouldn't have some on second one... ;((
I'll wait the "second" arrival of Lilliput here, or "Lilliput after having been back to Lilliput" before returning mine.

I think the speakers are wired correctly since the radio is working just fine
i talked to stephen sin of ex-audio and he was very pleasant. i will be shipping the unit back and he will be reimbursing me for the shipping cost. i told him to make sure and test the next unit before he ships it to me.
Well, according to them, they're getting 15-20 monitors a week.
