Geez....either Ex-Audio is playing dumb, or they're dealing with their own $hit storm in keep track of anything. They probably have 50% of these units coming back for warranty replacements.

I sent mine out yesterday. I wonder how long it'll take for my new unit to come in. I'm curious, what happens to the warranty? It's supposedly 1 year, but for the 2 months I've had it, it hasn't worked at all. Shouldn't I get a new warranty starting from the date they actually ship it out?

I just got a very interesting e-mail from Mr. Sin. :

    "HI,
Please ship it back to me with my UPS or Fedex account . and once we receive
the item , we will let you know if you want to refund or replace the new one
, now I am sure the item have something wrong when shipping , because we QC
all the monitor before we ship it to you . I am sure the monitoe work good
when we ship . now I am ask for you to remove the negative first , we will
give you out Fedex or UPS account number so you can call them to go to your
home to pick it up and pack it for you , it will only take about 2 days to
delivery to my Hong Kong office, and when we receive , we will ask you about
the refund or replace , if you chose a refund , we will refund the m oney to
your paypal account , is it ok for you ? I will send you a mutual feedback
withdrew from ebay . please agree to remove the negative feedback , and let
me know so I will reply the account number to you so you can ship it back to
me . but something I don't understand , when it happen , why you not tell me
about this first ? I mean why you not give us a chance to solve the problem
? if we didn't reply your email or something , you can give us a negative
feedback no problem . but we always reply all email everyday from monday to
saturday. we cover all the shipping cost when the item have something wrong
, why I still got the negative feedback , thinking about if you buy a SONY
discman or TV , when the item have something wrong , Sony will ask you to
ship it to the center for warranty repair but , they not going to cover your
shipping cost , as you can see our service is better then them . I don't see
anyother way we can do something better , if you think we can do something
better , Please let me know , I am sure I will do it.

abyway , Please let me know about what you think, thanks !"

    Where do I start...... Hmm...
I think I'll let you guys hash it out for the next 8 hours... I need to go to work.

Just hook up the speaks... problem solved. I sent my unit (no homo) back a week ago and I am waiting to get my refund (minus 10% eBay and Paypal fee). Though now I'm ****ed after reading mytdux post where he said he's getting his shipping costs reimbursed.

Has anyone received there replacement units (no homo) yet?

I asked them numerous times. They seem to tread around the warranty issue.

I can't believe over there >>>> got their Fedex/UPS account information. They NEVER offered me anything like that. I had to shell out the initial $61 CND for shipping. Hopefully, they'll live up to their word, and reimburse me for the shipping costs.

My guess for 2 gnds is one for the motor, and one for the video. Keeps noise to a minimum

Firstly, I think Stephen Sin is getting more involved with the customer service now and his replies seem to be more legible and he was still anserwing mail at 7pm tonight their time.

I think the key to your special attention is the fact that you left them bad feedback, thats why their so keen to help you and get it removed. I can’t recall anyone other than you been able to use ex-audios shipping account before.

With me they just said they would "discuss it with the director" - But now we know they have promised refunds to some we can push for all.
