    ok so heres the response i got when i told them that i want my unit fixed
    "we can pay you half for return shipping cost . Please ship it via airmail .we will replace the monitor to you ASAP. here is the detail"

    now i have to send another damn email arguing for them to pay full shipping which is going to get a response in about 5 days. Talk about customer service.

    And even when you’ve returned it 01blackbirdws6 you will have to wait weeks,
    Mine was returned on the 13th, I had a reply on the 18th saying, Hopefully, we will get it soon and release to you.

    And another today the 27th saying, The latest update from the shipping staff is we will ship the replacement early next week.

    Be prepared for a long wait.

    All we can hope for is that the new stock will be problem free, if it is I don't mind waiting that bit longer.

    okay here's what happened to me ...

    i returned my in-dash and decided to trade it in with a regular 8 inch touch screen. I figured even if they send me a rplacement in-dash, i figured there's still going to be problems.

    anyway, they haven't shipped me the new 8 inch yet, however, they did refund me via paypal the return shipping cost AND the price difference between the in-dash and the 8 inch touchscreen.

    hopefully they will send me my new screen this week

    hey ppl,

    i paid for the monitor this monday on ebay, i was stalling them like regal said to me until there is news about it but then i received a mail from them saying that all the problems that the monitor had are gone so, i paid this monday and i don't have until now any kind of news from them about my buy, will take any more time??? i already asked them when will i know anything about the shipment but no answer (it was on tuesday) i'm anxious about it, and it's my first internet buy, so for me it's lots of concerns...

    I think the average waiting time is 1 month after your payment clears. Its been 3 months since I first ordered mine and I’m only just getting a replacement.

    I could show you 15 emails saying don’t worry your screen will be fine and so on. but when it came it was still faulty.
    I've just received a UPS tracking No for my replacement so I will let you now if there still having problems.

    No refund for me either, I don’t have a recite for the return shipping so I don’t think I will be getting anything back.
