I got a answer phone message from UPS on thursday saying they need me to confirm the customs entry but the number they gave is never answered they also said "If you do not call us you will be charged storage charges" - Not sure how, I've already got the items!Originally Posted by regal
Surely if you give them the tracking number for the return of the screen to ex-audio and the numbers for shipping to you then they can tie it all up?
