    Help me deal with a Lilliput dealer!

    I recently purchased the new FA801-NP/C/T 8" display from a lilliput dealer on ebay. It's that "only authorized dealer" guy, seems pretty reputable. Anyway, I ordered it, and they sent me the wrong one, it's the 7" 629GL version. So I wrote back and asked for them to send me the correct model and they wrote back to me and said,
    "Sorry that our shipping staff really made a mistake.
    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
    In order to fix out the problem, I think ship it back for exchange is
    wasting your time.
    If you can accept this product, we are willing to refund you USD 30.00.
    Hope you enjoy the product.
    Thank you for your patience."
    Soooo, I don't know what to do. I wanted the new 8" model because I heard that it doesn't have the same touchscreen problems that the 7" model does for a lot of people. Other than that, I do like the 7" version. What should I do?

    Request an exchange at their expense. It is their mistake, not yours.

    It won't be hard. They will do it. Their e-mail was an attempt to reach an agreement whereby you keep the product, and they refund you some money. That e-mail is not a rejection of your request for an exchange.
