    Exclamation LCD Legal?

    I have heard that LCD screens are not legal if the driver can see it, unless its a gps. What is the law? Anyone know?

    Mine is mounted on my windshield BTW.

    depends where u live...

    Over here, LCD screens are not legal if the driver can see it.

    same deal in NSW. Unless it is a "driver aid" (ie satnav) LCD screens are illegal if the driver can see them.

    its ilegal if your watching movies and driver can see it, but if yuou get pulled over you tell em its for gps and you should be fine

    i dont know about Australia, but in the US it legal if you are viewing gps and music. if you need to know for sure, just call and ask the local authorities.

    Will I do not know about here but i did see a guy with three .... yes I said 3 display in the front window. He had one on top on the dashboard in the middle on it and the other two was in each top corner of the window. So in New Orleans I do not know and (for my two cents) do not care.
