I got mine in about a week from him. It's been quite a while, I don't remember if I got a tracking number at all.

I've been following this thread for a long time now and finally decided to take the plunge and purchase the SP-716. So far, its been great. The only qualms I can find with it are the fact that the screen doesn't feel too solid when you are touching it, and that the gears seem to be a little loud-sounding.....Also, the "built-in TV tuner" gets NO reception, if you are considering this monitor for TV then you definitely need to shell out for the TV tuner external antenna. Touch screen works great for me, Playstation looks good on there, and it makes my navigation program look great. I do have to mention that I had it profesionally installed, I didn't want to try the custom work it involved to mount it where I wanted it...And the guys at the shop took 6 hours just to do that part.

So long as nothing goes bad on it, it is definitely a great buy!

I would wait a little while before doing anything. The reason I say this is because I just got my screen 2 weeks ago, and I had ordered it a month ago. I'd guess yuki gave you the same story he did to me, something about quality standards not being met by the manufacturer...However, if you paid with Paypal or one of those services you can get your money back if the need arises. I would give him two weeks or so, and keep trying to get in touch with him in the meantime. Maybe a phone number if you can find one?.....Good luck,

I just went back and looked at my PayPal history. I also bought mine from yuki668 back in June of 2005. I remember being supprised, as it got here fairly quickly.

I just went to UPS's site, and I can't beleive they still have the Tracking info in there!

Being this is a different carrier that your is shipping with, I would also suggest waiting a week or so and see if it turns up.

I do have to admit, if I bought something like this, and went back to eBay and the user no longer existed, I would be worried too. At least you know the company, and have their web address (Same one I have in my PayPal history that you posted above). So if you do have to seek recourse, you have good information.

That link to eBay shows "No longer a registered user" on the right side of the page and that he has 140 negatives in the last month.

Woah! My bad, when I looked up his name, and it popped up, I thought he was still a current member, figguring someone would not be found if htey werent. My mistake.

Wow 130 -'s in the past month!... I hope he gets his screen, and dosent have to go through the whole BS of filing a claim and all....

I also bought this screen of this seller and he was very quick to sent it to the Netherlands,only the screen is after 4 months dead and sending e-mail about spare parts are not answered.

PS.Digitalww doesn't answers my emails too!!!!

That sucks because they have my screen for warranty return and I have not heard from them at all. It has been 1.5 weeks and they havent answered any of my email I hope they will not steal my screen. Worst part of all, is that since I bought it last year, I only used it 3 times and on the fourth time, thing started acting all weird... So we'll see what happenes.. Ima gonna keep emailing and I looking for buds over other forums that live in Japan to see if he could give them a call.. I want my damn screen..
