If a stereo doesn't save the time it's cause the low amp constant 12v lead is hooked up to a switched 12v lead. Make sure that constant wire is always getting power.
The unit only remembers screen position if you adjust the postion. But it also tends to reset and forget the position often. It might be an issue with my battery getting drained over time, I still have the OEM battery.

Hy there again. No everything is working fine.
But the TFT is not remembering the Screen Position. Anybody here who knows how to Store the Position. I Tried everything but its not working.

I'll try it tommorow but I'm pretty sure if you start the car, open the screen, adjust the position so it's right up n down, then hit the screen open/close button, wait for it to close, and finally hit the open/close button and the screen should not go past the maximum you set.
That should always work, but if you kill power to the screen it sometimes forgets the max open position.
If that doesn't work then it's probably a faulty unit or a different version of the hardware?

TSP-716 from LettuceTrade on ebay problems
I got mine about 3 or 4 weeks ago, hooked it all up and was working great. About 2 weeks after having it the screen would have a red tint when it first turned on. This wasnt a big deal since it cleared up in a few second and worked fine. How ever, a few days after that, the display just randomly turned off, so i turned off the power and turned it back on, but soon after it came back on it just turned back off. It did this for a day or 2. The wierd thing was, it was just the display that turned off, not the power, the front was still lite. Now when ever i turn it on, on any display input, it just flickers red really bad for a few second then turns off. Has anyone else had any problems like this?
Ive tried to contact LettuceTrade for about 2 weeks now, they havent answered. I figured since i didnt open it up and its only been a few weeks, they wouldnt have a problem exchanging it.
Any info anyone can give me will sure help.

I am sure this has been asked a few time through this thread, but I jsut cant read this whole thing. So my question is what type of antenna do i need for this TV tuner. I cant seem to find one that works with this unit. Thanks in advance and I will post up pics when my carputer is done.

Regardless of what you order, even if the tuner is NTSC, the antenna adapter will be PAL. You need a PAL to NTSC antenna adapter. "The Source" (formerly Radio Shack) will have these for under $10. I have heard that the reception sucks, possibly because the tuners are not NTSC.
