What is it you want this setup to do?
If you want it to play DVDs and CDs and MP3s burned onto CD (or DVD perhaps), then your'e set.
If you want to have a screen to connect to any composite video signal (like a game console or backup camera), you're also doing very well.

Want to connect this to a VGA signal and/or TV-out from a computer? It will very likely look like ****. Go check out the FAQ Emporium for why.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

i bought everything for around 150 american (shipping included). I basically want to be able to play DVD's, MP3's and VCD's on my screen using the dvd deck.
Also, is the wiring for something like this easy? Any tips before the install would be very helpful.

    thanks

I wasnt being harsh, merely saying we are (evolutionarily speaking, of course) further along than people who put that kind of setup in their cars...
