Exclamation Lilliput remote 8, 9 buttons not working??

I think i may see an issue why the auto-on via remote isn't working for some people...

As a first test, people who have their completed the mod with their remotes tell me, when u hold the power button, which will turn it on or off at first press, continue to hold it, nothing more should happen, no on or off, but if u press another button during that, let's say 4, then release 4 while still holding power, your power status should change... now try that with 8 or 9 instead of 4, does it do the same thing??? mine does not recognize me pressing 8 or 9, which is why i don't think i can do the auto-on mod via remote...

would love ppl to give me input on this

if you have any doubts about your remote, aim it at the lens of some digital camera. CCDs in digicams are sensitive to infrared. An emitting infrared LED will appear as a bright dot on the cam's display.

Yup, my remote performs exactly like yours. I've tried it several times. 8 and 9 do not change the power status. I also have not been successful in the auto-on modi.

Just watch the screen while firing into the lens.
