    Question preh 12,1" tft

    Hi all,

I won a 12,1" lcd touchscreen on ebay and recieved it yesterday, turns out that the guy send me the wrong one, none touchscreen... ohw well he promised to send me the correct one as soon as he gets back from holyday (july 30). Until then I have a none touchscreen 12,1" TFT.
Problem is that it is not correctly, I get a very bright picture (almost white) which is distorted with a lot of horizontal .. uhm... stripes I guess.

Does anybody know what the problem could be with this monitor? It is a preh screen commander, and has a sage controller chip in it and that is all I really know..

Also he offered me this monitor for 700 DEM, if anybody is willing to pay this email me..

Most LCD's have a series of adjustments that can be made. Mine from flat-panel has a set of push buttons that activate the menus. See if yours has them. Check the horizontal alignment. Mine did the lines when the alignment wasn't right. Also most panels have a preferred resolution (mine is 1024x768 @70hz) make sure that you are using the preferred resolution.
