Thread: serial lcd plugins

who made your serial display ?

cheers for answering m8 thought i was being
ignored. my display is 16x2 with a daughter
board to convert to a serial conection, the
company who makes it are called scott edwards electronics. but still having trouble finding plugin which will scroll tack info. any ideas.

LCDriver claims that they support Scott Edwards Electronics serial LCDs.

lcdriver does support it but aparently the daughter board does not support scrolling.according to ryan myers who wrote the plugin it will be supported in the next version but did not reply to my email when i asked when it would likely be released.i am starting to think my best plan would be to convert the lcd back to a parallel port version by removing the daughter board .
