Thread: my setup?

Hey, I'm still pretty new to the whole mp3car thing, I have a few questions. I just bought Arby's 40x4 lcd display, and I plan on using it with a keypad and win98 running winamp. For the LCD plugin I think im goin with WinLCD, and as for controlling it im thinking winamp jumper (available at winamp.com). I chose winamp jumper because I am able to jump from track number to track number. If I use winamp keypad plugin it takes DAYS on my p133 to go from track 1 to track 1427. I haven't recieved the lcd in the mail yet so I dont quite know how this is going to work out, Im just at the song title renaming stage right now. And while on the subject of that, for WinLCD does it take the Artist and song name from ID3v1, ID3v2, or does it just output the filename? What would you all recommend for the plugin i use??
