I'm about to give up on my Lilliput.

I am getting the error "no c-video 1" I have attempted to change the modes, but it won't let me. It is not responding to the remote control. I press the second button on the bar, it flashes as if it's changing modes, attempts to go BACK into Video 1, and once again, I get "no c-video 1". I have also replaced the cable to ensure it is not a bad cable. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks,
    Jonathan

I did search, and Lilliput is based out of China. Anymore great ideas / smart comments?

Maybe some more info would help. Did you pull it right out of the box and have this issue, or has it been disassembled and messed with? Makes a huge difference if this is "all of a sudden" or "DOA"

I received it from the former www.tmz.com, and it worked properly for a little while, then all of a sudden (yes, all of a sudden. I did not change a thing. It wasn't even installed in the car yet) I reboot and get the error. Do you think MP3 car would replace it if no one can figure out what's wrong? It was taken apart (not by me) to fit in the prefabb'ed WRX dash chassis.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

Hey, send it back to me, I'll see what I can do to fix it.
