touchscreen doesnt work...

I just encounter this problem where my touchscreen just stopped working...What happened was that I was using it and it was responding just fine then all of the sudden it stopped working...It has worked once or twice since then but none lately...Its a Dynamix screen, if anyone has had this problem please advise...The reason I post this is the possibility that the screen may be damaged since it is in my door panel with no casing around it...But wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem before I take it all apart and mess with it...Does anyone know for sure how I test it to make sure it is the screen itself and not the driver or cpu...thanks

because I dont have room in the dash...Already had a clarion motorized screen fabbed into the dash...So decided not to rip the whole car apart just to add the computer screen...I would have to redo the entire dash...Plus its a good location because it right above the armrest on the door so very accessable

Use the egalax drivers. And don't slam that door to hard.

I reinstalled the drivers and the cpu recognizes it but the touchscreen still doesnt work...Tried it on the home desktop and it started working but the configuration was really off...then I tried it in the car again and it didnt work...Tried it again on the desktop and now it doesnt work...I guess it might be the touchscreen controller ratherthan the driver...
