Y cordinate messed up in 700M?

okay I recently installed my 700M in-dash motorized screen.. and well it's been giving me some headaches.. The calibration will fall out.. and the cursor will be stuck on the top of the screen.. during this time, the i can move left to right no problem, but not up and down.... Meaning if i click the dead middle of the screen.. the top of the screen, but also in the middle.. Seems like there's something wrong with the matrix where the Y cordinates seem to misbehave every so often.. This problem can last from 5 to 10 minutes and then it goes back to working for sometime before happening again.. Is this a driver or hardware problem..my money is on hardware, but i figure i ask.

Not sure if what you are describing is the what is a known problem with the unit.

There is a known problem that relates to calibration of the TS in the 700M. If you got the unit from Armen of www.digitalww.com, contact him for a TS replacement. I believe he does not charge for the replacement.

If you got it someplace else, see if they will provide a replacement for free, or contact Armen to determine the cost of a replacement.

If contacting Armen, do so by phone. While a great businessman, he tends to fail to respond to e-mails very quickly.
