    DWW-700H doesn't act like a mouse.

Okay....this is weird. I bought a the DWW-700H non motorized. BTW, The screen is very nice. Not perfect. But still great.

Using the drivers that came with it (WolcorTech) the unit kept thinking I was touching incorrect points and the computer would beep annoyingly.

Trying to run the configuration utility, The program would complain "No More Controller" and never let me run calibration.

So I un-installed and tried out the egalex drivers. The program would be able to run calibration and the draw test perfectly. However, outside of those two programs...anytime I touched the screen the mouse would not move.

Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution? I tried contacting digitalww but they haven't responded for a few days.

Not yet. But soon, I'm still trying to get the whole thing working once before I install.

    recap

    So.

Worcortech drivers + TS = Badly calibrated mouse actions with no recalibration available since the config utility cant find the controller ("No More Controller")

Egalex + TS = perfectly calibrated mouse while ONLY in 4pt calibration or Draw test. When draw test and cal util are closed, using the touchscreen doesnt move the mouse at all.

Is there anything special that needs to be done to get the egalex drivers to correctly act as a mouse.

    thanks anyways folks.

My problem is fixed. Re-installed windows and installed the egalex driver before my 4in1, vga, audio, lan drivers. It must have been an irq conflict. I still think the worcortech driver suck

    I have a 700H too.
To bagwellfive: Yes i like it, screen is clear & bright, more robust & movable than the s...t motorized enclosure i had from DWW.

I have a bizzare driver problem, but different from yours TC_
I install the 4.02.1929 drivers, it all works ok when i run the touchkit program, but after a reboot it doesnt load the driver automatically (but ok again after i run touchkit manually)

I may try a reinstall & load drivers before others (I have intel chipset not Via 4in1)....
    Anyone else seen this?
