    Xenarc won't display anything

I just got Xenarc 700IDT, I hooked it up on my bench and it functioned perfectly coming off a battery and my laptop. I put it in my car using power from my car, and all I get is a green led on the front. If I press the power, or menu buttons nothing happens. Though the touch screen still works as long as I look at my laptop to see it. So I took it back out and tried it on my bench again, and nothing. Fuses are good. I'm at a lost. Any help??

I have somewhat the same issue. Where did you get yours? I got mine from logicsupply.com

When I turn it on, the monitor flashes green like it's not powered. But if I plug into a regular monitor, it works fine. I haven't even gotten the TS to work yet.

Mine was originally purchased at Industrial Computer Solutions. I called Xenarc and they said that it was possibly a fried inverter board. I can't believe that you can pay over 500 bucks for something and they can't even make it last more then 2 hours. Anyway looks like mine is getting shipped back home for repair. Hopefully yours is under warranty too.

No I never even started the car. I had it wired on the same 12v, ign, gnd from my cd player. As soon as I plugged them in, I turned them on just to test, and the monitor was dead. I double checked my wiring, and everything was fine. My cd player was playing, so I started checking everything with my multi-meter, and it all checked out fine. Don't really know what happen, worked perfectly when I was testing it with my 12v battery I removed from my jet ski for the winter, and my laptop. Plus they say it's good from 11v to 24v on there specs. But yeah I never even started my car.
