I'm off to Hong Kong for a 5 day Vacation from the UK next week and wanted to know if anyone know's any stores i could possible visit and pick up a new 7/8" Touch Screen for myself.
any info if possible please.

I haven't seen any 7" touch screens in hong kong. But lot's of other neat stuffone of the famous places for computer things, is Mong Kok computer centre.
Off cause I can't remember ther right exit from the mong kok MTR station, but I think it is D2, cross the street where ladys market is (let the wife go throug there) and just after the ladys market, you will get to the mong kok computer centre on your right. It is three levels, with about 100 small computershops
There are others too, one in Wan Chai (haven't been there yet), and one further up on the red line (the one that goes from Tsim Cha Tsui to the north) I can't remember the exit, but the computer centre is called something with "golden gate computer center". Again, lots of small shops, with everything your heart desires (except epia boards and touch screens)
