HELP! LCD not longer powers on!

This recently just happened, my T-view vga/touchscreen monitor does not power on anymore. If i repeatedly press the power button the green status light will then blink and that is it. Anyone know what is wrong?? Thanks in advanced

It's currently too cold outside, but if there was a blown fuse would there be a blink of the green light?
