Why is Xenarc Any Better Than Lilliput?

OK, I read the FAQ on both monitors and discovered good info on both. After that I did a search on comparing the two. I found a few threads that were 1+ years old but they did not really help. So here is the question (which I am sure has been asked, but I was surprised I could not find a good answer via search).

What makes the Xenarc touuchscreen monitor worth the extra $100+ over the Lilliput? I don't see it.

    One word: RELIABILITY.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

The older Lilli's had some quality problems. According to the mp3car.com guys (Zip-lock specifically), the newer Lilli's are comparable to the Xenarcs.

BTW, I have a Xenarc, not a Lilli.

I've never had any reliablility issues with either, so that to me isn't a big deal.

Side by side the Xenarcs look better.. if you look at the comparison pics the Xenarc looks yellow beside the lilliput, but when not compared side by side it doesn't look yellow, and it has a crisper screen as well.

I own Xenarcs, Lilliputs, unbranded ones (using Panasonic aka Xenarc screens), pretty much everything. Lilliputs work on a budget, but if I was building a CarPC with one monitor and I had to choose, I'd save up for the Xenarc and do it right, hands down. *shrugs* Personal choice.

Thanks for the replies guys. Unless something earth-shattering happens, I think I will go with the Lilliput. I just don't see a $100+ difference.

lilliput from what I have seen doesn't have the auto switch to av2 on power up. Also the xenarc has a brighter screen with the recent upgrades. Xenarc has great customer service I have been to there headquarters.
