Thread: Such thing as a Cheap plugin LCD?

All i really want is a cheap LCD or w/e that has the capabilities of displaying dos..doesn't need to show any high resolution gfx, just simple pixels... and all i'd really need is it to hook up to standard monitor port...any idea where to get one without having to do any building or sodering? i'd even pay someone to make me one, lol...

i'd like to prefer to spend under 50 if possible, but no more than 100..cuz it doesn't seems that it would take much for a simple one...i would assume just a more involved character display or somethin? iunno...
