Everytime i start my carPC I have to auto adjust my xenarc 700tsv screen so it fits the screen correctly. I am running it on 800x600 at 70hz....Why do i have to keep hitting auto-adjust after every boot?

Not sure, but I've noticed that screens with dark backgrounds (wallpaper, skins, etc.) tend not to always be positioned correctly, whereas screens with color/contrast to them do. This may also have something to do with the fact that you're not running it at it's native resolution of 800x480. I am at 800x480 with PowerStrip.
