any ATI one. Its worth it.
I have a Lilliput 7" LCD, and a Shuttle barebone PC (Shuttle FS51 board, SiS651 Chipset, SiS315 integrated graphics solution).
----
Until today, I have used my Lilliput with 800x600 (so the Lilliput interpolate this resolution into it's native resolution: 800x480).
1. Is it worhy to use a 800x480 resolution with the Lilliput? Does it improve the picture quality significantly? (has anyone tried that even?)
2. Since I have a free AGP slot, which CHEAP graphic cards support the 800x480 resolution?
Thanks!

Thank for the speedy reply!
Do you mean ATI cards? or all cards with ATI chips?
I checked (for example) the Radoen 9600 specs, no sign of 800x480:

Can you be more specific? which cards support 800x480 for sure?
(I have a Radeon 9000 card somewhere at home... could be useful if it supported 800x480)

all the cards with ATI Radeon (no matter what version) on it. Any Radeon can do 800x480 in different refresh rates and their Catalyst drivers do support Powerstrip, just in case.
Okay, thank you very much![]()
I will find my ATI card, and report back in couple of days.

I hooked my Gigabyte Maya Radeon 9000 Pro to my CarPC!
But - no 800x480 for me
ATI drivers only give me 640x480, 800x600, etc.
Using PowerStrip, I'm able to switch to 720x480 or 848x480.
But no 800x480.
Any ideas how to solve this?
Meanwhile, is using 848x480 okay too?

Don't know about ATI cards, I am most familiar with nVidia.
With nVidia, to get 800x480, you must create a custom resolution. It's pretty simple though.
