Thread: Thin Touchscreen

Hi guys, i posted something similar to this in the fabrication thread but then i realized that id prefer not to fabricate it and id rather have a thinner screen. I did do a but couldnt find anything about thin screens. I basically need to find a half inch in depth screen that is about a 7" or 8". Lilliput and Xenarc dont have any so i was wondering if there were any other reputable brands. Would it be better to just go with a thin monitor and buy the touch screen that goes over it? I need to get to about a half inch, but i guess i could settle for even an inch. any help will be greatly appreciated.
