Im not totally clear on how you connect accessorys to the OPUS. I need to connect the LCD, DVD and external soundcard. Ive read about using a molex plug off the OPUS but im not to clear on exactly how to do this.
I have the 10" xenarc screen .. so how would i know which wires from the power cord to connect and to where. Ive done alot of searching and if someone could just give me a detailed explanation that would be good.

yea not sure why that happened
Can anyone give me some info on this ?
Every molex has 4 wires. Yellow is 12V, 2 Black are GND, Red is 5V. Hook up to those depending on the requirements you need.
The Xenarc, use the supplied cig plug and hook it up directly to the car.
Molex connector includes 2 grounds (black), 1 12V (Yellow) and 1 5V (Red).
Don't use precious power from the Opus, unless you must. That's why I say to run the Xenarc to the car.
Be more detailed in your questions...The DVD, what kind, slim, full size?
The external sound card, what is it? Is it not USB powered? What's it need, 5V or 12V.
You want read (still) more on this, lest you fry something.
And how on Earth could you post 4 times!!!! I can see a double, but 4??????

My Xenarc does not have the included car adapter (its the 10.4" screen) Is there a way to connect the standard electrical cord to an adapter or directly to the power supply.
I read that it is better to run the accessorys of the OPUS then to the car.
So i would connect it to the power supply with the molex connecter where the floppy drive connects?
I have searched the forums and that is why im posting a question.. please dont ask me to "Search" if there is something i overlooked point me to it if u know of something ..
Sorry for the 4 posts .. this POS computer here at work sucks
Yeah, you could use yellow/red cables. Most use the power from Opus because it delivers stable 12V and 5V.
