    Xenarc touchscreen, recognized but non-functional

    my xenarc 7" tsv monitor works, the touchscreen is recognized in windows, but the touchscreen does nothing in windows...on the touchscreen controller....the little green led comes on when i touch the screen, but nothing happens in windows...

    help please

    did you install the touchware program, and calibrate the unit?

    If the screen is blank, make sure the computer is in the right resolution and frequency...800x600 and 60Hz...

    the touchscreen software is installed, but the controller is not listed.

    the video card is set to 800x600 60 hz
