    Motorized LCD units

I am looking here and on Ebay for a motorized unit. I need to have one because my shifter is too high and will block the view of the screen. My drawback is my dash is also a bit curved. So the screen needs to be able to "swivel" up and down or stop without breaking when it opens.
How do the Xenarc, Lilliput, MP3.com unit, and the ebay specials work in this manner. I dont want to blow $440 on a geat screen that wont work in my car because of the odd shape of my dash.

do a search on the K301 once you set where it opens to it remembers where it is and always opens to that point.
