    MTSVO-SC motorized monitor problem

I've just bought a Mp3car MTSVO-SC motorized monitor. Connected power and ACC to +12V, GND and Parking to 0V. The problem is the display cannot be fully opened. It goes to 60 degree and stops there. Pressing the up and down button will let the screen close and re-open. But it always stops at 60 degree. Has anyone met this problem before?
