By flush, I'm hoping you mean the moulding of the plug is touching or almost touching the recepticle the same distance all the way around. i.e. The plug should eminate from the surface of the recepticle exactly perpendicular. If thats flush to you, then yes. And yes S.S. is also correct on the input, I have made cords for both inputs on mine (DVD and XBOX). But the XBOX only goes with us on long trips so I have that cord plugged into input 2. This monitor doesn't have a memory, so when you turn it off and then on, it will always come up on input 1.
