    PS One Screen

I just picked up a Sony PS1 screen. The thing rocks. I just hooked it up to my digital camera, VCR, and then to my MP3 computer.

Best Buy had it for $109 US. So far I am really happy with it one of the brightest displays I've seen.. I can't wait to hook it up in the car.

Guess I'll have to make a power supply that puts out 7.5 volts..

    :-)

Hmm I don't know what your talking about with the two video inputs. I only found one. There is the Connector to the PS1 and then an external AV sound and video input.

It rocks. I got my GPS turned on for the first time tonight!!!

    Coolness.

thats a really good picture for 5inch. I have never seen a good image taken of windows on a 5inch like that, thanks!

Since I was going to get a screen soon (5/5.6 inch) its now a comfort to know what the image quality will be like. It looks like it is very my usable. Out of interest, what res is that? 640X480? or less?

    Nice screen

Hey a few questions for you:

    1. How did you get the screen for 109, BB here sells it for $129
    2. Have you compared it too the Game Cube Monitor? If so how does the quality compare.
    3. Do you plan to use this for GPS as well? Any ideas on how it looks?

    1. It was opened and returned and I avoided the service plan speil. The unit wasn't used though, I guess they bought it for their play station 2
    2. No never heard it. how much are they and where do you get them?
    3. Yes It looks great. Otherwise I would have taken it back.

Are those vertical lines in the picture on the LCD picture or is that just the refresh that was captured when you took a picture of the screen? Is the picture on the display itself crisp? how does it compare to a crt at 640x480?
    Thanks,
