I have got a non sony ps1 lcd screen and have had no luck re-wiring it.

Currently I am using my Video out on my video card but I am getting a crappy picture on the lcd. But when I connect AV from DVD player the picture is good .

Why is my video card displaying a crappy picture but not the DVD?
